Shipping Policy
Boxes are made up in New York and handed to the carrier in the same week the order arrives.
Where we ship
Domestic only: every US state, plus territories served by the carrier. International shipping is not offered.
What it costs
Orders at or above $149.00 carry no shipping charge. Below, a flat $19.99 applies to the whole order.
You will see it before you pay, and it will not move afterwards.
How long it takes
- We take 1–2 business days to pack it.
- The carrier takes 3–7 business days to move it.
- Most orders therefore land in 4–9 business days.
Neither weekends nor public holidays count, and out-of-hours orders begin the next business morning.

Tracking
Tracking is emailed at dispatch and is available any time on the Track Your Order page.
If the address is wrong
We print what you type. If it comes back, we will email you, and the corrected reship carries the ordinary charge.
Damage or loss
Let us know within a week and we will replace or refund while the carrier claim runs in the background.
Pictures make the carrier claim easier and are never a precondition.
What we do not offer
Online orders ship; they are not held for collection. Same-day and timed deliveries are not offered either.
