- Account details — only if you create an account: email, a password hash, saved addresses.
- Support messages — whatever you write to us, kept alongside the related order.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
What we never see
Card details bypass this website completely and are handled on the provider’s compliant infrastructure.
Why we hold it
- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer your emails and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations, which require sales records to be kept.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
Who else sees it
The list is short: carrier, payment provider, hosting, email. Bike Shop Center does not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Accounting law sets seven years for orders. Support email is two. Accounts are deleted on request.
