Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free before dispatch and becomes a return afterwards. That is the whole rule.
Before dispatch
Reach us at [email protected] or (551) 314-8817 and we will stop the order if it has not been picked, refunding within 5–7 business days.
Call it 12 hours on a working day. Later requests are attempted, not guaranteed.
After dispatch
A tracked parcel cannot be cancelled. The route is refusal at the door or a return.
The refund follows the parcel back, less any outbound shipping paid at checkout.
Partial cancellation
You can cancel part of an order before packing. If it affects the shipping threshold, we ask before proceeding.
When we cancel
We will cancel for unavailability, a price error or a fraud check, refunding everything and writing to explain.
Subscriptions and back-orders
One purchase, one charge. Items awaiting stock can be cancelled whenever you like before dispatch.
